Your IDP is made for you to create your own SMART(ER) targets, with short, mid and long term desired goals, using responses from experts, mentors, peers, tutors, along with your self-evaluations. These types of objectives can be linked to the course requirements since relevant. This could mean that you note which of your goals are associated with course components such as the component criteria and Assessed Learning Outcomes, Minimum Core factors and Specialist Standards.
SMART(ER) objectives are usually defined as:
